Our areas of practice include: Building and Construction Criminal Law Corporate and Commercial Law Dispute Resolution and Advisory Local Government Wills and Estates Family Law We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor (6+ Years PAE) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and capable practitioner who enjoys managing complex family law matters and contributing to the ongoing success of a respected boutique firm. About the Role You will have carriage of a diverse and interesting family law practice while working closely with an experienced and supportive team. Key responsibilities include: Managing your own family law matters from commencement through to resolution. Advising clients on complex parenting, property and financial matters. Conducting negotiations, mediations and court appearances. Providing strategic, practical and commercially focused legal advice. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Admission as a legal practitioner in Western Australia. A minimum of 6 years' post-admission experience, with experience in Family Law. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Experience using Actionstep is advantageous but not essential. What We Offer A full-time permanent position.
