AR Collection & Credit Control Accounting Manager

Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) collection and credit control for local and overseas customers, overseeing a team of ~20 members Develop strategies and action plans to improve collection performance and cash flow Oversee billing, invoicing, and timely payment collection in line with targets Manage monthly AR closing, reconciliation, and reporting Handle complex AR issues and escalations, including negotiating with customers on overdue payments Conduct credit evaluations for new and existing customers to minimize financial risk Ensure compliance with corporate governance, policies, and financial controls Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and team performance Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field 5–8 years of experience in AR collection and credit control At least 5 years in a managerial role, leading medium to large teams (10+ members preferred) Strong experience handling complex AR issues and escalations Solid knowledge of credit control, debt collection, risk management, and AR processes Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Good command of business English (spoken & written) Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are a plus Proactive, hands-on, and able to act quickly in a fast-paced environment Location: Bangkok (Klongtoey), MRT Queen Sirikit Center.
