Roles and Responsibilities Participate in the daily operations and management of ocean freight and air freight businesses Gain comprehensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations through structured training Develop expertise in customer service, operations management, sales, marketing, and business development Assist in analyzing business data and market trends, and provide recommendations for improvement Participate in strategic corporate projects and cross-regional collaboration initiatives Work closely with teams in Hong Kong and Mainland China to enhance service quality and operational efficiency Complete management training programs and special assignments as assigned by management Requirements: Bachelor degree or above in Logistics or related disciplines Fresh graduates are welcome Strong passion for the international logistics, ocean freight, and air freight industries Good communication, analytical, and teamwork skill.
