Salary Range and Featuires of the role: •$140,000 - $190,000 • Transparent, defined progression pathways at every level • Structured mentoring, with regular check-ins and development discussions • Exposure to complex local, interstate and international matters • Competitive salary and hybrid working flexibility About the role: This role centres on complex, high-value family law matters, with genuine carriage of files from instruction through to resolution. • Running complex, high-value property settlement matters end to end • Handling local, interstate and international family law matters, including cross-jurisdictional complexity • Working closely with partners and Accredited Specialists on file strategy for high-net-worth clients • Exercising genuine autonomy and ownership across your caseload What you'll bring: • 5+ years PQE in family law, with a strong track record in property settlements • Current unrestricted Victorian practising certificate • Experience with international or cross-jurisdictional family law matters • Confidence to take genuine carriage of complex, high-value files • A collaborative approach and genuine interest in working alongside partners and Accredited Specialists If you are interested in applying for this role you can apply now through the link below.
