(Banking)Branch Manager, Team Head (HKD$45k-$90k+and Quarterly commission) (TL) Principal Responsibilities : Responsible for leading, developing and managing a branch to ensure achievement of the business objectives Achieve results by working with the whole branch team, local market and wider community Perform sales management to achieve the assigned KPIs Maintain close communication with branches and other relevant departments to develop and implement necessary follow-up actions Set clear performance targets and objectives for staff and monitor their progress regularly Coach/ counsel/ motivate and develop staff members Ensure strict alignment to global standards; operate with the highest standards that meet all regulatory requirements and ensure that the front-line employees act as the first line of defines by having the right conversations with customers Requirements : University graduate or equivalent qualification Minimum 6 years’ banking experience of which at least 2 years of management experience Good interpersonal and communication skills Qualification of HKSI, IIQE Familiar with retail banking products and services Result-oriented with excellent leadership, communication and organizing skills Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage
