Collection Specialist

Responsibilities Regularly monitor accounts receivable (corporate customers) to identify overdue accounts and assess outstanding debts. Contact overdue corporate customers via phone, email, or letters to negotiate payment plans, settlement terms, and payment commitments. Handle payment disputes, invoice/document issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems. Record all communications, including negotiation outcomes, follow‑up actions, agreements, and any legal progress. Prepare reports on overdue accounts and recommend strategies for improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to address payment issues and support resolution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. 3–5 years of experience in corporate (B2B) debt collection, preferably in electrical trading or project‑based business. Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to develop negotiation strategies and propose solutions independently. Detail‑oriented, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Welfare & Benefit s Provident Fund.
