Job Description: Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention. Manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations in compliance with KPI. Job Requirements: Bachelor degree in Logistics / Transportation / Supply Chain Management / Business Management or related disciplines. 5 years warehouse experience and at least 3 years management experience. Excellent people management, planning and organization skills. Self-motivated with commitment to achieve extraordinary results. Strong Leadership, Communication and Problem-Solving skills. Good command of written English and Chinese. Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WMS. Candidate with more related experience and higher qualification will be considered for the post of Warehouse Manager.
