Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Assistant Manager Level)

Responsibilities: Provide advice and support on AML/CFT matters to business units Develop, implement, and update AML/CFT policies and procedures Maintain and update AML/CFT watchlist database Monitor and review suspicious transactions through AML detection systems Report suspicious transactions to AMLO (if any) Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD), including pre/post screening, donation screening, and refund requests Prepare and submit AML/CFT reports (e.g., watchlist, Iranian customer, donation screening, suspicious transactions) Prepare analysis and present insights to management team Conduct AML/CFT training for employees Support AML system enhancement and improvement projects Coordinate responses to regulatory requests Conduct branch monitoring to ensure compliance Handle ad-hoc assignments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services At least 3 years of direct experience in AML compliance, audit, or related functions Hands-on experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance Strong knowledge of financial industry and regulatory requirements Good command of English with strong communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities High level of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team Experience in suspicious activity / transaction investigation is highly preferred Work Location: KSPT Building, BTS Ploenchit, Bangkok Good remuneration package will be rewarded and also excellent future career growth opportunity is available for the right candidate.
