JOB SUMMARY: To deal with sub-ordinates, customs brokers, coordinate, schedule, trace and resolve freight shipments, maintaining the lowest cost while providing the required service. Prepare appropriate export documents for export shipment to ensure it will enter the factory and country without delay or seizure. RESPONSIBILITIES: To provide financial oversight, budget variance analysis, and cost optimization of the company’s logistics operations Be able to deal with the Sales, Planner and Purchasing to develop the cost projection of product required. To provide/handle necessary documentation for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import/export activities. Prepare appropriate export documents for MPT shipment. Communicate with import & export and related authorities, and suppliers, as necessary to ensure the support and activities are efficient, positive and lawful. Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner, for example: Shipping schedules; Shipping document: Invoice, packing list; Declarations; packing, routing, transport and safety documentation. Coordinate, schedule, trace and resolve freight shipments, maintaining the lowest cost while providing the required services. Coordinate with the related authorities: Customs brokers; internal import & export staff to obtain the duty privileges granted. Coordinate with the Sales, Planner and Material Control to develop the projection of materials required. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to follow defined work instructions and understand product flows. Proactively propose and design data-backed savings initiatives, such as route optimization, shipment consolidation Extensive knowledge of BOI documentation and procedure. Understanding the logistics process. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields. Skills Required: Extensive knowledge of all relevant import/export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions; customs formalities. Extensive knowledge of Customs documentation, procedure and Government relations is advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and Power BI or Tableau for creating operational dashboards. Ability to do internet and other types of searches on international organizations. Experience: 5 years
