Location: Residential ,One Bangkok , MRT Lumpini Job Type: Full-time Industry: Luxury Hospitality / Premium Residential Property Management We are seeking an exceptionally refined and service-driven Facilitator Services / Butler to deliver tailored, high-touch hospitality services exclusively to residents of our ultra-luxury residential property. The ideal candidate brings a distinguished background in 5-star hotel operations or fine-dining establishments, with specialized expertise in Food & Beverage, mixology, and wine curation. Beyond beverage and dining management, you will act as a dedicated personal facilitator, assisting residents with bespoke requests, luxury shopping, and high-end errand coordination. Key Responsibilities Bespoke Food & Beverage Services: Curate and serve premium hot and cold beverages, signature cocktails, artisanal spirits, and wine pairings for residents and their guests in private lounges or residential suites. Demonstrate deep knowledge of mixology, wine varietals, food pairings, and luxury table settings to elevate private gatherings and daily service. Prepare light gourmet refreshments and manage seamless food service for private resident events, meetings, and exclusive social functions. Personalized Resident Support & Luxury Facilitation: Provide tailor-made lifestyle assistance based on resident requests, including personal shopping support for luxury fashion, fine jewelry, and high-end brands. Coordinate the secure receiving, white-glove delivery, and proper handling of luxury purchases, fine art, designer goods, and delicate personal parcels directly to residents' units. Assist in managing special lifestyle arrangements, local transport, private bookings, and personal errands with the utmost attention to detail. High-Touch Concierge & Butler Operations: Deliver personalized, discreet butler services tailored to the unique preferences and lifestyle requirements of high-net-worth residents. Assist residents with private event planning, lounge reservations, table setup, and catering coordination. Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and order across executive lounges, private dining rooms, and amenity spaces. Inventory & Vendor Coordination: Manage inventory for luxury beverages, fine wines, spirits, glassware, and service amenities; conduct regular stock checks and ensure optimal storage conditions. Coordinate with high-end suppliers, personal shoppers, caterers, and luxury vendors to fulfill specialized resident requests. Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Background: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Sommelier services, Mixology, or Butler operations within 5-star luxury hotels, high-end fine dining restaurants, or ultra-luxury private residences . Specialized Expertise: Food & Beverage Mastery: Solid knowledge of international beverage culture, classic and contemporary cocktail mixology, barista skills, and fine wine appreciation (WSET qualification or sommelier background is a strong advantage). Lifestyle Concierge & Service: Familiarity with high-end luxury brands, luxury shopping services, and white-glove parcel delivery protocols. White-Glove Hospitality: Deep understanding of formal dining etiquette, service standards, and luxury table presentation. Professional Image & Personality: Impeccable personal grooming, refined posture, and an approachable, charismatic personality suited for an elite clientele. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and strict adherence to resident confidentiality. Language & Communication: Excellent command of spoken and written English to communicate fluently with international residents and VIP guests.
