Sales Executive – Property Project Location: Rawai-Chalong, Phuket Department: Sales / Customer Relations Employment Type: Full-time Position Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting project presentations and site visits, converting prospects into reservations and sales, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and business partners. The role focuses on selling luxury pool villas within while ensuring a professional customer experience from initial inquiry through handover. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Generate and follow up on sales leads from online, offline, and referral channels. Conduct project presentations and property viewings. Convert inquiries into site visits, reservations, and sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update customer information in CRM. Prepare quotations, booking documents, and sales agreements. Negotiate sales terms with clients under company guidelines. Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates. Agent & Partner Network Develop and maintain relationships with local and international real estate agents. Organize project presentations and agent familiarization trips. Support agents with project information, marketing materials, and pricing updates. Expand agent network to increase project exposure. Customer Relationship Management Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Coordinate with legal, finance, construction, and after-sales teams. Follow up with clients from inquiry stage until property transfer. Address client questions and concerns professionally and promptly. Marketing Support Assist in project events, exhibitions, roadshows, and open house activities. Support digital marketing campaigns through lead follow-up. Collect market intelligence and competitor information. Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field. Experience Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Property sales experience preferred. Experience in luxury property, villa, hotel, or hospitality sales is an advantage. Skills Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages such as Russian, Chinese, French, German are an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems. Valid driving license and own transportation preferred. Personal Attributes Self-motivated and target-driven.
