About the role We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Consultant to join MET ADVISORY (M) SDN BHD in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering an opportunity to guide clients through their mortgage journey, providing expert advice and tailored financial solutions. This position is essential to our business growth and client satisfaction objectives, serving as a trusted advisor in the competitive mortgage and financial services landscape. What you'll be doing Assessing clients' financial situations and mortgage requirements to recommend suitable loan products and structures Guiding clients through the mortgage application process, explaining terms, conditions and legal requirements in a clear and professional manner Liaising with banks, financial institutions and legal representatives to ensure smooth processing of mortgage applications Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing ongoing support and personalised service Staying updated with current mortgage rates, lending criteria and regulatory changes in the financial services industry Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting additional financial products and services to existing clients Maintaining accurate client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the organisation What we're looking for Fresh gradutes or any related roles within the banking and financial services sector are welcome to applied Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets A professional attitude with integrity and a commitment to customer service excellence Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant financial software systems Bilingual abilities (Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia) are an advantage What we offer At MET ADVISORY (M) SDN BHD, we believe in supporting our employees' professional growth and personal wellbeing.
