Job Description Position: Project Sales Supervisor Reports to: Sales Director The Madison Group was founded in 1996 in Hong Kong as a company representing premium lifestyle brands like bulthaup, Sub-Zero, WOLF, Rimadesio, Viabizzuno, Wittmann and Jura. Through the years, The Madison Group has collaborated with the region's leading property developers on residential projects that have become the benchmark of luxury of living. Today, the group has operations and retail outlets in Singapore, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Launched in October 2014, House of Madison is a ground-breaking retail experience by The Madison Group. House of Madison serves as a retail playground for tinkers and tinkerers, artists and artisans exploring the intersection of design, gastronomy and the art of expressive living. To cope with the company's expansion and market demands, we are now looking for high calibre to join our winning team. Key Responsibilities: l Explore, identify and develop new and potential clients / relationships to achieve business targets l Prepare project sales proposal and presentation to clients l Responsible for development of new project from receiving initial design to delivery l Coordinate closely with internal departments e.g. Marketing, Logistics and Site Management Team l Conduct sales and business development activities to increase sales and sales pipeline l Effectively achieve sales targets and brand goals l Work with cross departments in handling both guest and operational issues effectively l Perform general daily shop duties, maintain a clean and tidy environment in showroom l Provide administrative and operation support on quotation, sales order preparation, etc. l Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisors Requirements: l At least 3 years of solid experience in project business with luxury & premium kitchen / Furniture / Appliances l Self- motivated, attention to details and passionate about work l Presentable, sociable and customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills l Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS office) l Good command of English, Cantonese (and Mandarin preferred) l Immediate availability is preferred
