Responsibilities: 1. Assist to Duty Officer or above on monitoring and improving the quality standard of airline catering service delivered to airline customers. 2. Prepare & monitor staff duty roster, overtime and holidays. 3. Arrange & planning the daily job assignment and schedule to subordinate. 4. Responsible to operating FMS (Flight Movement System) to make live adjustment in daily job assignment and schedule. 5. Responsible to updating flight information in daily live operation. 6. According to FMS adjustment and flight schedule to re-allocating manpower/truck resources for providing good quality service to customers and achieving maximum productivity & efficiency. 7. Monitor the on-loading and off-loading activities and ensure those activities are on time; accurate; follow customer specification; and follow company requirements. 8. Co-ordinate with all concerned parties (Internal & external) in any adhoc case and make immediate action to solve the problems. 9. Responsible to monitor the flight loading and operation status in airside for re-allocating manpower/truck resources to achieve the on time performance(OTP). 10. Monitor & excute the sercuity process in daily live operation. 11. Supervise the staff for the observance of the safety standards and promote the safety at work in the company. 12. Managing the manpower & fleet of truck to fulfill the daily operation. 13. Responsible to truck’s equipment, inspection and daily handover process with R & M. 14. Responsible to all related training. 15. Conduct and assist to operate related project as assigned by the Duty Officer or above. 16. Perform other duties as assigned by the Officer, Transportation or above. 17. Operate machinery, vehicles and lifts within the company and at the airport. Working Hours: Shift duties, 9 hours a day and 5 days a week. Requirements: F.5 or above. Good command of English. Valid driving licence no. 1 ,2 & 18 is preferable.
