About the role Codech Solutions is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity for early-career developers to grow their skills and contribute to the development of innovative web solutions. In this role, you will work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and maintain web applications that meet our clients' needs. You will play an integral part in our web development team, helping to deliver high-quality digital experiences whilst developing your technical expertise in a supportive environment. What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining responsive web applications using modern web technologies and frameworks Utilizing AI coding tools to write, debug, refactor, and explain programming code.（AI Automation / Chatbot / Workflow） Writing clean, well-documented code and following established coding standards and best practices Collaborating with senior developers and other team members to design and implement new features Participating in code reviews and incorporating feedback to improve code quality Troubleshooting and debugging web applications to identify and resolve issues Assisting with testing and quality assurance of web applications across different browsers and devices Contributing to the documentation of development processes and technical specifications Learning new technologies and tools as required to support project requirements What we're looking for A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Experience in using AI coding tool to perform development. Strong foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Familiarity with at least one modern web framework such as React, Vue.js, or Angular Understanding of web development principles, responsive design, and user experience considerations Basic knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow coding standards Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies Preferably, experience with RESTful APIs, database fundamentals, or basic backend development Portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing previous web development projects is advantageous About us Codech Solutions is a forward-thinking technology company specialising in web development and digital solutions.
