Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Qualifications Required Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, collections, or a related role Demonstrated experience building a 13-week cash flow forecast from scratch, with the ability to explain the methodology Proven track record managing collections from commercial customers in a B2B environment Hands-on experience developing product cost per unit, separating fixed and variable costs, and explaining cost variances to non-finance stakeholders Working knowledge of accounts payable processes, including three-way matching, purchase price variance analysis, and credit recovery Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to build and maintain financial models Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify pricing errors before invoices are issued Ability to work independently and communicate proactively in a remote work environment Preferred Experience in manufacturing cost accounting, preferably within the food or perishable goods industry Exposure to distributor or broker sales channel operations Familiarity with deductions, chargebacks, and short-payment disputes common in food distribution Experience costing production within batch or continuous manufacturing environments Responsibilities Cash and Collections Build and maintain a 13-week rolling cash flow forecast with weekly updates and variance commentary Review accounts receivable aging reports daily and identify accounts trending toward overdue status Contact customers regarding past-due balances and short payments while resolving and documenting disputes Recommend credit holds, credit limit changes, and payment term adjustments, then implement approved decisions Cost Analysis Develop and maintain product costing by SKU, including ingredients, packaging, direct labor, and applied overhead Separate fixed and variable costs while maintaining contribution margin models Compare actual costs against standard costs and investigate material variances Support pricing decisions through landed cost and margin analysis, including freight costs Provide cost analysis to support capital investment and capacity planning decisions Coordination Prepare accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable data for the external accounting firm during month-end close About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing U.S.-based food and beverage company redefining premium frozen food solutions through innovation, quality, and vertically integrated manufacturing.
