About the role As the Assistant Accounting Division Manager at S Panel Company Limited, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial accounting and reporting operations within the company. What you'll be doing Assist the Accounting Division Manager in managing the day-to-day financial accounting and reporting responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the reconciliation of accounts Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and development opportunities What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial accounting or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial organisation Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting standards Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on developing and mentoring junior staff Familiarity with Thai accounting regulations and tax compliance requirements CPD license holder will be given special consideration.
