Product Documentation • Manage product documents (Spec, COA, MSDS, TDS, questionnaires, statements) • Maintain certificates (Halal, Organic, Kosher, Food Safety, Allergen, Non-GMO, etc.) 2. Supplier Coordination • Communicate with overseas suppliers to obtain technical documents and information • Follow up pending requests until completion 3. Technical & Regulatory Support • Support basic food regulation inquiries (food additive, vitamin & mineral, food category, health claim, positive list) • Review documents from a QA perspective before submission 4. Project & Pending Follow-up • Track outstanding QA/RA/customer requests • Prepare and update pending issue reports • Coordinate timely follow-up with internal teams and suppliers 5. Change Management • Coordinate product change notifications with QA, RA, Procurement, Sales, and Customer Service 6.
