Role Purpose The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing Lead, Sales, and Customer Segmentation data to support TQM’s business decision-making. The role delivers accurate and actionable insights through KPIs and dashboards that can be effectively utilized by management and related stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Analyze Lead performance, Sales Funnel, and Renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights. Develop, maintain, and manage Customer Segmentation models. Design and develop Sales and Customer dashboards and KPIs. Prepare, analyze, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data based on business requirements. Support data analysis and reporting for management and relevant departments. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields. Strong expertise in SQL and business data analysis. Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Superset, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau. Good understanding of Sales Funnel processes and Customer Lifecycle. Ability to clearly communicate data, insights, and analysis results.
