Department: Supply Chain Management Report To: SCM Manager Location: SAM Precision (Thailand) Limited., Chon Buri Plant Job Objectives: To manage transportation activities, enhancing customer satisfaction through effective logistics solutions while complying with Thai customs regulatory and company procedures. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage raw material requirements based on production schedules and customer demand. 2. Create and maintain material plans to ensure timely material availability while minimizing excess inventory. 3. Monitor inventory levels and take appropriate actions to prevent shortages or overstock situations. 4. Generate purchase requisitions according to material requirements and planning parameters. 5. Follow up with Purchasing and suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time. 6. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Customer Service to resolve material shortages and delivery issues. 7. Review and maintain planning parameters, including lead time, safety stock, MOQ, and reorder points in the ERP system. 8. Monitor material demand and supply, and recommend actions to improve inventory accuracy and planning efficiency. 9. Maintain accurate planning data and ensure ERP system data is up to date. 10. Prepare and analyze material planning and inventory reports to support business decisions. 11. Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts, physical stock takes, and inventory reconciliation. 12. Ensure material planning processes comply with company policies and procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experiences: At least 1 year of experience in material planning, production planning, inventory control, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment. Other Skills: 1) Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory control, and production planning. 2) Experience using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SyteLine, SAP, Oracle, or similar). 3) Good analytical and problem-solving skills. 4) Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. 5) Good command of English, both spoken and written. 6) Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. 7) Proactive, detail-oriented, result-oriented, and a good team player. Working Hours: Mon - Fri 08:00 - 17.15 Flexible Hour
