About the role Lead impactful projects from concept to completion, managing partnerships, programs, training, and community engagement to create meaningful change for girls and young women. Key responsibilities Lead strategic planning to define clear goals, track performance, and guide teams in advancing organizational priorities through partnerships, programs, and community engagement Design and align programs with organizational goals and community needs to ensure relevance and impact Manage project operations including onsite event setup, resource coordination, risk troubleshooting, and delivery of results, including overnight camps and weekend outdoor activities Collect, analyze, and report data insights to guide decision-making and demonstrate project impact Source, negotiate, and manage contracts and suppliers ensuring compliance with internal policies and maximizing value Develop, manage, and report on budgets to maintain financial accountability and optimize resource allocation Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration Conduct internal and outdoor training sessions and facilitate unit development by supporting members with strategies, resources, and training Source and engage external trainers to support program and project delivery About you Proven experience in project management, program delivery, training, or related roles Strong skills in procurement, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to facilitate and oversee outdoor activities and camp programs Knowledge of guiding, training skills, and outdoor activities (preferred) About us Girl Guides Singapore is a social service organisation dedicated to developing girls and young women to their fullest potential.
