Our Client Our client, one of the world’s most renowned high watches & jewelry brand, is looking for a Stock & After Sales Specialist to join their energetic team. Responsibilities Report to Boutique Director Day to day operations of the vault/stockroom in Hong Kong boutique. Record and reconcile all incoming and outgoing merchandise to and from the vault. Ensure that all merchandises are well tagged and in proper position. Reconcile daily and weekly counts. Perform monthly physical inventory of all merchandise. Accommodate all requests for special events such as, photo shoots, after business hours boutique events. Fill-out consignment forms and merchandise movements in the database used company-wide. Ensure proper care and handling of all merchandise and company assets. Ensure the efficiency of exiting practices and provide improvement suggestions when necessary, make sure that global policies and procedures are well implemented in boutique and are strictly followed in daily operations. Pack & unpack merchandises as instructed, assist in the preparation of shipping documents. Quality inspection on all merchandise in & out of Hong Kong boutique. On-going communication and feedback with HQ. Report credit and return to HQ and communicate with HQ to assist clients on exchange or return. Weekly update to HQ for finished local repairs. Send pre-alerts / weekly update for repairs to HQ Coordinate with vendors to arrange merchandise delivery and pick up for repair Requirements Degree holder is preferred Prior relevant experience in luxury industry, preferably in fine watch & jewelry. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Jewelry / Watch inspection experience. Graduate Gemologist Diploma from GIA is a plus. ‘Stock and pick’ basic knowledge. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
