Property Consultant

Job Descriptions: Sourcing property inventories from property owners and enquiries database Sourcing potential customer and/or investor and make and retain connection Advise and convince a various property opportunity to customer and/or investor about project information, facilities, pricing etc. Attend to inquiries (sales, re-sales, property value, property tour) as professionally, to keep high standard of customer centric and update enquires regularly Created properties tailored to the needs of customer and/or investor Assemble detailed property portfolio for customer's presentation Collect full details of property which includes photo, arrange viewing, floor plan & layout, brochure and showing the property information Build awareness and knowledge of property market and study key factors influencing property market Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and owners, generally representing one or the other. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in any field. At least 1-2 year experience in sales real estate rental or services will be a plus Possess communication and selling skill Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business Skilled in coordination and negotiation Very active and good personality.
