Position Summary At Radisson RED , we redefine hospitality through bold design, vibrant social spaces, and memorable guest experiences. The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) plays a pivotal leadership role in supporting the General Manager in the overall management of the hotel, ensuring operational excellence, commercial success, and an engaging workplace culture. The EAM provides strategic oversight of hotel operations, drives guest satisfaction, develops high-performing teams, and ensures the hotel consistently delivers the Radisson RED brand promise while achieving financial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities Executive Leadership Assist the General Manager in the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the hotel. Act as the General Manager in their absence, ensuring uninterrupted hotel operations. Lead and coordinate all operational departments to achieve business objectives. Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and service excellence. Hotel Operations Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Culinary, Engineering, Security, Spa/Recreation (where applicable), and Guest Services. Ensure compliance with Radisson Hotel Group brand standards, SOPs, and quality assurance programs. Conduct regular operational reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor departmental performance and support leaders in achieving operational goals. Guest Experience Champion the Radisson RED guest journey by creating memorable and personalized experiences. Monitor guest satisfaction scores, online reputation, and service recovery performance. Resolve complex guest issues with professionalism and urgency. Promote innovation in service delivery to enhance guest loyalty. Commercial & Financial Performance Support the achievement of budgeted revenue, GOP, and profitability targets. Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and Finance to optimize commercial performance. Analyze operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining exceptional service standards. People Leadership Coach, mentor, and develop department heads and leadership teams. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Support recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Conduct regular performance reviews and promote continuous learning. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with company policies, local legislation, health & safety regulations, and brand standards. Oversee emergency preparedness, security, and risk management procedures. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and operational safety throughout the property. Strategic Initiatives Support hotel openings, renovations, and special projects. Participate in annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning. Drive sustainability initiatives and operational efficiencies. Build strong relationships with owners, business partners, and local stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience . At least 3–5 years as an Executive Assistant Manager, Hotel Manager, Director of Operations, or similar senior leadership position. Previous experience with an international hotel brand is highly preferred. Strong understanding of hotel financials, revenue management, and operational excellence.
