We are expanding our education and training business, offering English Language, Public Speaking, Debate, Model United Nations (MUN) Training, AI Solutions, and Local & Overseas Competition Pathways for students. We are seeking a passionate and driven Center Manager to lead our operations and business growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee the overall operation and performance of the education centre • Lead, motivate and manage the administrative, customer service and teaching support teams • Develop and implement business development, student recruitment and retention strategies • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, corporate partners and stakeholders • Ensure high-quality customer experience and service standards • Monitor enrolment performance, revenue targets and operational KPIs • Manage class scheduling, manpower planning and resource allocation • Handle enquiries, complaints and escalated customer issues professionally • Support marketing campaigns, events, seminars and competition programmes • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures • Prepare management reports and performance analysis REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree or above • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role • Candidates with relevant debate training school experience are highly preferred and will be prioritized during the recruitment process.
