(A&A and Fit-Out) - Project Manager (All Levels) Yee Fung Construction Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects, from planning through to completion. 🔑 Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of A&A (Alteration & Addition) and fit-out projects • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve timely and cost-effective completion • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and enforce quality control measures • Implement health and safety measures to maintain a safe working environment • Prepare detailed progress reports and provide clear updates to management and clients 🎯 Requirements Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience; exposure to large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects is an advantage Proven track record in managing A&A and/or fit-out projects (junior to senior levels considered) Strong knowledge of local building regulations and government submission procedures Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and coordination abilities
