Join a team that values safety, quality and modern farming practices Botanical Resources Australia is a leader in premium crop production, and we’re looking for a motivated Farm Assistant to join our friendly team at our Hagley farming hub in North-West Tasmania. Working with well‑maintained, modern tractors and irrigation systems —including pivot, linear and hard‑hose irrigators—you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver consistently high‑yielding, high‑quality crops. About the Role: In this hands-on position, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations across our managed farms, contributing to the success of potato, vegetable, broadacre and pyrethrum crops. You’ll work closely with a small, supportive team that values safety, communication and pride in their work.
