Project Manager

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management and coordination for corporate initiatives, including policy/system rollouts, and promotional tactic and strategy, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business strategy. Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, resource allocation, risk assessment, and contingency strategies. Monitor project progress using data-driven tracking tools (e.g., dashboards, KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management. Analyse retail performance data (sales, footfall, conversion rates, inventory turnover) to support project decision-making and post-project evaluation. Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance store performance and customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and brand standards across all project executions. Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, resolving issues and aligning priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Lead post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes, capture learnings, and recommend future improvements.
