Financial Director

The Opportunity This is not a caretaker role. As Head of Finance, you will own the entire finance function — from general ledger to tax, from costing to balance sheet — and define how MMN measures, manages, and grows its business. You will sit at the leadership table, advising the CEO and board directly, with a mandate to: · Build scalable systems and controls · Lead and develop a high-performing finance team · Shape financial strategy to support rapid growth If you want to leave your fingerprints on how a financial institution is built, this is that seat. What You'll Own · Full ownership of the finance function — general ledger, cost accounting, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting · Monthly, quarterly, and annual close under TFRS , delivered accurately and on time, every time · Tax strategy, planning, and compliance across all obligations · Regulatory reporting and compliance with Bank of Thailand (BOT) requirements for nano finance and non-bank lenders · Relationships with auditors, banking partners, and regulators · Internal controls and financial risk management built for scale · Financial reporting and strategic analysis presented directly to senior leadership and the board · Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing finance team What You Bring · 10+ years in finance and accounting, including 3-5+ years leading a finance function at director level · Deep, hands-on mastery of the full finance stack — GL, costing, P&L, balance sheet, tax, TFRS — you don't just review the numbers, you understand how they're built · Experience in nano finance, personal lending, leasing, or another non-bank financial institution strongly preferred · Working knowledge of Bank of Thailand regulations governing non-bank lenders · CPE or CPA preferable · Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field · Executive presence — the ability to lead a team, influence senior stakeholders, and communicate complex financial matters with clarity · Strong, business-level English Interested - send your Resume/CV to Khanchit.wi@memoneytanjai.com Work location can be discussed; RoieEt is preferable
