Treasury Executive/Officer

Key Responsibilities Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. Manage the Company's bank accounts and banking relationships. Coordinate banking facilities, including loans, overdrafts, bank guarantees, letters of credit (LC), and trade financing. Plan and monitor supplier payments based on cash flow availability. Monitor customer collections together with the Credit Controller to improve cash inflow. Prepare daily cash position and treasury reports for Management. Monitor loan repayments, financing costs, and bank charges. Support foreign currency transactions and treasury-related financial risk management where applicable. Maintain treasury policies, banking documentation, and ensure compliance with internal controls. Liaise with internal departments, banks, auditors, and external financial institutions on treasury-related matters. Support the Finance Controller in improving working capital, liquidity management, and treasury processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking, or corporate finance. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage. Good knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and financing. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
