Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the RPA operation. Own and deliver the annual budget, business plan, and profitability targets of the RPA business. Monitor and improve margins through optimization of procurement, production yield, product mix, pricing, and operational efficiency. Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions to achieve sales, volume, and profitability targets. Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and market share across key sales channels. Establish KPIs and performance management systems across all functions. Define commercial strategy across: Modern Trade, General Trade, Horeca, Food Processors, Distributors and wholesale Review sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends. Support key account development and strategic customer relationships. Ensure alignment between market demand and production capabilities. Drive profitable revenue growth and market share expansion. Ensure efficient and cost-effective slaughterhouse operations. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, labor efficiency, and cost management. Optimize plant capacity utilization, production scheduling, and asset performance. Ensure compliance with food safety, Halal, animal welfare, NKV, HACCP, ISO, and regulatory requirements. Implement operational excellence programs to improve quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage sourcing and procurement activities for live birds, packaging materials, ingredients, and operational supplies. Develop procurement strategies that ensure competitive cost, quality, and continuity of supply. Manage supplier relationships and contract negotiations. Monitor market developments impacting raw material and live bird pricing. Implement procurement controls and cost-saving initiatives. Build and develop a high-performing management team. Drive succession planning and capability development. Foster collaboration among commercial, operational, and supply chain functions. Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualications: Minimum 10 years of experience in poultry processing, food manufacturing, protein, FMCG, or related industries. Minimum 5 years in a senior business leadership role with P&L responsibility. Proven experience leading managers across commercial and operational functions. Strong exposure to Modern Trade, General Trade, Horeca, and Food Processor channels. Experience in poultry processing, fresh foods, chilled or frozen products is highly preferred. Strategic thinking and business development capability.
