Trainee

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and eager Trainee to join our team, with the goal of developing well-rounded expertise across our Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments and projects, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to the full product lifecycle, however you will be assigned to work in one specific function (Supply chain, Quality or Sourcing) Job Description: Assist the Sourcing team in researching new suppliers, evaluating bids and negotiation preparation Support the Supply Chain team in demand planning, inventory management and logistics coordination Work with Quality on delivering better and more secure products to our customers through various product assessments and manufacturing improvement While trainees will have an opportunity to learn about different Offer & Sourcing function, their Assignment will be to specific function. Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with team members to identify process improvements Analyze data, generate reports and present findings to leadership Contribute ideas and solutions to help drive innovation and efficiency Undergo training programs and shadowing opportunities to expand your skillset Demonstrate a proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset Requirement: Work Experience: Fresher or 0-2 years of internship experience Skill: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude Education: Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline Language: Fluent spoken English and Cantonese Travel Requirement: Yes
