HR - Employee Engagement Specialist

Job description: The HR Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall workplace culture. This role focuses on improving employee experience, retention, and productivity through engagement programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and events Conduct employee surveys (e.g., pulse surveys, annual engagement surveys) and analyze results Develop action plans based on employee feedback Collaborate with HR and Managers to improve workplace culture Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives Support internal communication strategies to boost transparency and morale Monitor employee satisfaction metrics and retention trends Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives Facilitate onboarding experiences to improve new hire engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and feedback Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field 1–2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Analytical skills to interpret survey data and engagement metrics Event planning and project management abilities Creativity in designing engagement initiatives Knowledge of HR practices and employee lifecycle Preferred Qualifications Background in organizational development or culture-building initiatives Certification in HR
