Warehouse Operation Associate Work at Prachinburi

The Warehouse Operation Associate (JIT Operation) is responsible for coordinating and executing inbound, outbound, and on-floor material operations to support Just-In-Time (JIT) delivery. The role ensures inventory accuracy, timely material flow, and compliance with operational standards by using modern warehouse technologies (e.g., WMS, handheld scanners, IoT tracking, SAP). The associate supports continuous improvement initiatives and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, safety, and Warehouse Operation targets. Responsibilities Operation Control for Inbound and Outbound Delivery -Receive PO & forecast from sales team. -Monitoring data into WMS and cooperate with outsource packing vendor for doing planning (receiving, picking, packing, shipping) -Follow & check shipping document (In bound) tax invoices (Out bound) from sales team Quality control for inbound and outbound delivery -Check and collect data from outsource packing vendor to set standard check point. -Issue quality concern documents (sample card, packing standard and Trouble report) -Operate with quality team for the quality issue.
