Contract IT Procurement Manager (Regional, Financial Services)

A leading regional financial services organisation seeks an IT Procurement Manager (Contract) to optimise technology sourcing, strengthen vendor partnerships, and drive commercial value across IT procurement. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute IT category strategies across software, cloud, data, and technology services to support business objectives and regulatory compliance Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, including market analysis, supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and complex contract negotiations Drive cost optimisation through vendor consolidation, licence rationalisation, and commercial improvements while supporting technology roadmaps Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, software licensing, cloud services, SLAs, renewals, and contractual risk management Partner with Technology, Digital, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver strategic procurement solutions and influence sourcing decisions Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and procurement governance while delivering business cases and executive recommendations to drive continuous value Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' IT procurement or strategic sourcing experience across software, cloud, SaaS, and technology categories At least 3 years' regional sourcing or procurement experience across Asia-Pacific markets, with financial services experience highly regarded Proven expertise in end-to-end sourcing, complex commercial negotiations, software licensing, and cloud procurement Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across Technology, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Operations Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese About this company: A well-established regional financial services organisation is recognised for delivering innovative technology and business solutions across complex markets.
