Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Consultant – IT Solutions to support business growth by designing and presenting tailored IT solutions. This role plays a critical part in translating customer requirements into technical solutions and supporting the sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure. The ideal candidate will come from a System Integrator (SI) background and have strong expertise in data center, cloud, and security solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand business needs and technical requirements Design and propose end-to-end IT solutions across Data Center, Cloud, Network, and Security domains Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops Prepare proposals, solution architecture, and bill of materials (BOM) Support RFP/RFQ/RFI responses with comprehensive technical input Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to build competitive solutions Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies Ensure smooth transition of projects from pre-sales to delivery team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales Strong preference for candidates with System Integrator (SI) experience Technical expertise in at least one area: Data Center (Servers, Storage, Virtualization) Cloud (AWS, Azure, Hybrid) Network & Cybersecurity Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to translate technical solutions into business value Preferred Skills Experience working with enterprise clients Vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, AWS) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
