About the role Girl Guides Singapore (GGS) is looking for a dynamic Partnership & Program Executive to join our Training, Program & Unit Development (TPUD) team. In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering impactful initiatives that empower girls and young women, while working closely with partners, volunteers, and the wider Guiding community. Key responsibilities Build Strong Partnerships - Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, collaborators, and community organisations to co-create impactful initiatives. Foster Community Engagement - Actively engage with our member base, volunteers, and the wider Guiding community to strengthen connections and build a vibrant, inclusive network. Design & Deliver Programmes - Create engaging and purposeful programmes and events that align with GGS's mission and support the growth of our members. Support & Lead Trainings - Conduct indoor and outdoor training sessions that build capabilities, develop leadership, and enhance the Guiding experience. Drive Unit Development - Support unit leaders with strategies, resources, and training to strengthen their leadership and unit engagement. Oversee Budgets & Resources - Manage training and programme budgets, vendor sourcing, and procurement with accountability and efficiency. About you Strong skills in partnership management and community engagement Experience in events, training, or programme management (experience in youth development is a plus!) Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities – you're able to build trust and bring people together Highly organised, adaptable, and proactive – you enjoy planning, coordinating, and seeing things through A hands-on mindset with a passion for mentoring and empowering others Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage diverse groups effectively Experience in volunteer-based or membership organisations (bonus) Knowledge of the Guiding movement is an advantage Candidates without experience with relevant experience, internship or volunteer background are welcome to apply About us For over 100 years, GGS has been providing unparalleled opportunities for girls and women to discover and develop their strengths, their skills and their fullest potential, to become responsible citizens of the world.
