Job Description: ● To manage and optimize existing AdWords (PPC) campaign components including, but not limited to – Ad Copy, Bid Prices, Cost per Conversion, Cost per Click, Keyword Research, etc. ● To help create and implementation of PPC strategies including keyword research and analysis. ● To create performance reports with recommendations for improvements. ● Tracking of funds in account and maintaining conversation. ● Knack of implementation new technologies automation capabilities that enhance SEM efforts. ● Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX. ● Connect with business owners and help them grow their business through digital advertising solutions. ● Understand customers' business goals and recommend suitable advertising strategies to improve their online presence. ● Manage and optimize customers' Ads campaigns by reviewing ad performance, keywords, bids, budgets and so on. ● Monitor campaign results and provide recommendations to improve advertising performance and return on investment (ROI). Job requirement 1. Minimum Diploma qualification in any field 2. At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles 3. Strong communication skills with a passion for sales and client engagement 4. Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions 5. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a structured manner 6. Interested in digital advertising and emerging technology products 7. Able to read and type in Chinese (Traditional Chinese preferred) 8. Fluent in English and Cantonese (Cantonese and Mandarin required; Cantonese Speaking ability is an added advantage) to support Cantonese Speaking customers.
