Contracts Administrator - High-End Construction

Our client a luxury builder, with a strong pipeline of projects valued from $5 million to $20 million, are looking for a Contracts Administrator who wants better projects, direct exposure to senior management and genuine career progression. This is not an empty promise. We placed the previous CA who has now progressed into a Project Manager role. The Role Manage procurement and subcontractor packages Assess progress claims and variations Administer contracts and subcontractor agreements Track project costs, forecasts and expenditure Coordinate RFIs with architects, consultants and clients Work closely with the Project Manager and site team About You At least 3 years Contracts Administration experience with an Australian builder Experience in high-end residential, commercial or boutique construction Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts and cost control Confident communication and stakeholder management skills Construction-related qualification preferred Why Join?
