Key Responsibilities: The Business Analyst supports the business analysis team by gathering data, documenting processes, defining business needs and assisting in the development of solutions to improve business operations and application development. Collect business requirements for the purpose of facilitating effective software system development Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement Evaluate information to formulate the requirements Develop detailed documentation including business cases, process flows, and functional specifications Collaborate with external and internal counterparts, cross-functional teams to implement solutions Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity Requirements: Bachelor's degree holder in Information System or related disciplines 5 years+ of relevant experience in MPF/ORSO companies Familiarity with pension industry and eMPF operations Knowledge of eMPF payment system is a plus Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
