We are hiring for a Assistant Merchandising Manager to drive product growth at The Club by HKT. The Club is HKT’s customer loyalty program and digital ventures arm. Your role Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that will drive revenue growth Identify potential partners to source new products to enhance the product portfolio Negotiate with suppliers to ensure price competitiveness Monitor daily operation including delivery schedule, quality control and marketing campaign Work closely with Internal teams on demand forecast, product planning, content management to sales performance management and monitor order status Provide administrative support to the business team Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned To succeed in this role Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related field 2-5 years’ experience in e-Commerce Merchandising Experience in Wellness & Pets products is preferred Candidates from e-Business platform and Consumer Electronics fields are in advantages Good command of English and Cantonese, both verbal and writing Proficiency in MS Office, strong Excel skills and AI tools. Experience using AI tools such as Copilot, or other generative AI platforms to improve workflow efficiency and data analysis. Good interpersonal skill, able to prioritize and execute tasks, and streamline processes Self-motivated, fast learner, able to handle multi-tasks/ projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies/knowledge and a good team player Immediate available is preferred
