People Strategy & Transformation Manager

You don’t need an HR background. You need the ability to make difficult projects happen. We are looking for a strong project leader to work directly with our HR Director on some of the organization’s most important people and business challenges. This is not a traditional HR role. You will not spend your time managing routine HR processes. Instead, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, turn complex problems into practical solutions, and work across departments to deliver measurable results. What You’ll Work On Your projects may include: Building a scalable mass recruitment model for operational employees Solving workforce shortages across multiple locations Reducing recruitment lead time and candidate drop-off Analyzing and optimizing people costs, overtime, incentives, and manpower Identifying the real causes of employee turnover Designing initiatives that help employees stay and grow with the organization Improving HR processes through data, technology, automation, and AI Creating dashboards and management tools for better people decisions Driving cross-functional projects from idea through implementation What You’ll Do Work closely with the HR Director to identify and prioritize critical organizational problems Structure unclear challenges into clear project plans, milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes Lead projects from problem analysis and solution design through execution and follow-up Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and business leaders Use data to identify root causes, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions Remove obstacles, manage risks, and keep projects moving Present progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management Ensure that solutions are implemented successfully and deliver sustainable results Who We’re Looking For We welcome candidates from: Project Management Management Consulting Business Transformation Operations Excellence Corporate Strategy Process Improvement Business Analytics Finance or Workforce Transformation Organizational Development HR Transformation Previous HR experience is not required. What matters most is your ability to: Take ownership of complex projects from beginning to end Lead and influence people across different functions Work through ambiguity and bring structure to difficult problems Combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution Communicate effectively with both senior leaders and operational teams Turn ideas and recommendations into real, measurable outcomes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field Approximately 5–10 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, strategy, transformation, or related roles Proven experience leading cross-functional projects Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities Experience with dashboards, data visualization, automation, or AI tools is an advantage Experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or organizations with large operational workforces is preferred You May Be a Great Fit If You… Enjoy solving problems that do not have obvious answers Are comfortable challenging existing ways of working Can work strategically but are not afraid to get into the details Take responsibility beyond your formal job scope Follow through until the project is truly completed Want your work to create visible impact across the organization Why Join Us?
