Key Responsibilities : Plan and control production schedule to meet on-time delivery commitments to customer Drive yield and srap rate improvement Collborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and warehouse for smooth operations. Enforce workplace 5s on the production line. Leads production line morning meeting. Ensure all production activities striclty adhere to WI Prepared and maintain production report Provide guidance, training and skill delveopment for production line leader Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineer , or a related field 5 years experience in production planning , demand planning Excellence in communication and coordination skills, high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving under pressure Comfortable working in a 2-shift operation when required. Available to work 6 days per week. 5+ years related with SMT producton experience Strong leasership skill with experience managing a drivese workforce
