What we’re looking for: ‐ Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. ‐ 4–6+ years of experience supporting SAP DMS (Document Management System) in an operations/AMS context. ‐ Strong knowledge of DMS configuration: document types, object links, status networks and number ranges. ‐ Experience operating and troubleshooting Content Server / content repositories, KPro and ArchiveLink. ‐ Knowledge of Document Info Records (DIR) and transactions CV01N/CV02N/CV03N. ‐ Technical/ABAP understanding (BAdIs, user exits) to support minor enhancements and fixes. ‐ Understanding of integration with SAP PLM, MM, PP, QM and ECM. ‐ Familiar with Easy DMS and web-based document access. ‐ Experience in an AMS / application support / operations environment. ‐ Familiar with ITIL processes (incident, problem and change management). ‐ Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager ITSM, ServiceNow, Jira). ‐ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ‐ Good communication skills in English (able to communicate fluently with EU business users and teams). What you’ll do: ‐ Provide operational support for the SAP DMS service. ‐ Working in European timezone. ‐ Monitor DMS activities, content repositories and document distribution. ‐ Resolve incidents related to: ○ Document creation, versioning and check-in / check-out ○ Handling of originals and content repository / storage ○ Object linking and authorization issues ‐ Maintain DMS configuration (document types, object links, status networks). ‐ Coordinate with SAP backend teams (S/4HANA, PLM) for integration issues. ‐ Perform root cause analysis and drive problem management for recurring incidents. ‐ Implement minor enhancements and changes following change management procedures. ‐ Ensure SLA compliance and service stability. ‐ Support business users and provide functional guidance. ‐ Prepare incident reports and continuous improvement recommendations.
