Multi-Trade All-Rounder — Property Maintenance & Pre-Sale Work

No two days the same. If you can do a bit of everything and do it well, read on. We're a property services team working across Auckland. A lot of our work is getting houses ready to go on the market. Repairs, tidy-ups, all the small stuff that costs a vendor money at auction. The rest is general maintenance and improvement work for our body corporate and property maintenance works. We're after a good all-rounder, who knows how to communicate well with others. What you'd be doing Whatever the job needs. In a typical fortnight that might be: Rehanging a door and sorting out latches and locks that don't sit right Deck boards, fence palings, gate hardware Water blasting a driveway, clearing gutters Cutting back a garden that's got away and taking the green waste Assembling and fitting fixtures, shelving, hardware Clearing out a garage and getting the place presentation-ready You'll get a clear job list from us. Your part is doing it properly, getting the right materials without three trips to Bunnings, and leaving it tidy. Who we're after Broad hands-on experience - building, carpentry, maintenance, landscaping. You don't need to be qualified in all of it, you need to be genuinely handy across most of it Someone who works out what's needed and gets on with it Presentable and easy to deal with. You'll often be working in a home while the owner is there, at a stressful time for them. Polite, straight-up, tidy Reliable.
