Building Manager (Residential Properties)

We are seeking an experienced and high-caliber Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury high-rise residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in luxury property management, exceptional leadership skills, and an outstanding ability to prepare and present operational and strategic reports to executive management and project developers. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, asset quality, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports to executive management and board members. Deliver high-impact presentations on building performance, financial budgets, facility upgrades, and risk assessments. Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, the co-owner committee/board, and internal teams. Building Operations & Maintenance: Oversee all facility management functions, preventive maintenance programs, and daily building operations to ensure top-tier luxury standards. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, mechanical/electrical systems, and amenity spaces to maintain pristine condition. Manage external vendors, service providers, and contractors, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Financial & Budgeting Management: Formulate, manage, and optimize operational budgets, capital expenditures (CapEx), and emergency reserve funds. Monitor building utility consumption and implement sustainability initiatives to manage operational costs efficiently. Resident Experience & Hospitality: Maintain a five-star hospitality standard to meet and exceed resident expectations. Handle high-level resident inquiries, resolve complex escalations professionally, and build a strong residential community environment. Safety, Compliance & Team Leadership: Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards. Lead, train, and mentor building staff, security, and housekeeping teams to maintain consistent service excellence. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in property or facility management, with at least 3 years managing luxury residential high-rises or premium condominiums . Key Skills: Exceptional Presentation & Communication: Proven track record of presenting complex operational and financial data clearly to C-level executives and property developers. Strong Business Acumen: Advanced skills in financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning. Proficiency in Tools: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and property management Language: Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with strong professional communication skills.
