Warehouse Safety Specialist

Your Role You will be part of our Contract Logistics team adding Safety Specialist skills to the delivery of operational + customer excellence. Your Responsibilities To identify & deliver training to support the QSHE program within the organization, ensuring compliance requirements, local procedures + any applicable QSHE related local regulations. To coordinate & support the implementation + maintenance of current + future QHSE tools. To support in risk analysis (eg. safety risk assessment, security gap analysis), then develop + propose preventive measures. To implement programs with business units to ensure our requirements for Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) & Security compliance are fully implemented and maintained. To conduct internal audits or site inspections to ensure customer requirements and local procedures are met. Manage incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with the team. To create and maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO and company standards. Your Skills and Experiences Minimum 5 years of experience in a safety role within warehousing or manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of safety regulations, particularly the Thai Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment Act. Well-versed in ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 40000, 45001, etc. Solid experience in conducting warehouse safety audits. Good in English communication (speaking,writing,reading) Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
