About the role A newly established, Singapore-based single family office is looking for a resourceful and proactive Executive Assistant to support its principal and family members directly. This is a high-trust, close-proximity role for someone who genuinely enjoys working across both business and personal domains. The role starts with a lean structure, working closely alongside the principal from day one. As the family office matures, it is expected to evolve into a broader family office coordination and operations position, with growing exposure to areas such as entity structuring, cross-border asset allocation and family office establishment. Key responsibilities Handle office-based administrative and operational tasks, including entity incorporation coordination, document filing, expense tracking and communications with third-party vendors Manage calendars, appointments, reminders and scheduling across personal and professional domains Coordinate household logistics, errands, service providers and property-related matters Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including contingency planning Provide day-to-day personal support, including family-related coordination and follow-ups Assist with the planning and follow-through of corporate meetings and small-scale events About you Prior experience supporting a private HNW individual, family, or senior executive in a blended personal-administrative role Genuine interest in building a long-term career within the family office or private wealth space Fast learner, comfortable solving problems independently and working through ambiguity in a fast-moving, still-evolving environment Working-level proficiency in both English and Mandarin, required for coordination with Mandarin-speaking family members and cross-border stakeholders Highly organised, discreet and adaptable, with strong initiative and follow-through Digitally fluent - comfortable using AI tools, calendar systems, messaging tools, travel apps and task management platforms Strong interpersonal skills and a professional communication style, with respect for boundaries and confidentiality at all times Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline, from a well-regarded university Benefits Direct, close working relationship with the principal - rare, high-trust exposure not typically available in larger organisations A genuine growth path as the family office scales, with increasing responsibility across family office coordination and operations Exposure to the mechanics of family office establishment, structuring and cross-border asset allocation - valuable, transferable expertise in a growing industry A stable, respectful working culture built on discretion, trust and reliability
