Shipping and Planning Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing Formulate inventory forecasting and supply plans based on market demand; closely monitor inventory healthy levels, shipment schedules, and warehouse receipts Coordinate independently with freight forwarders, carriers, 3PL providers, and internal parties to arrange smooth inbound and outbound shipments Manage and submit timely Hong Kong import/export customs declarations via Tradelink; handle relevant licensing/permit applications, and ensure compliance with Mainland China and HK cross-border customs regulations Execute data-driven stock adjustments (including insurance/vendor claims, stock take variances, and dump forms); investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies Generate regular inventory KPIs, shipping reports, and management dashboards to support strategic decision-making Verify invoices, handle freight disputes, and maintain accurate shipping records for management review What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of solid experience in shipping operations, cross-border logistics, or inventory planning, ideally gained from the Retail, FMCG, or 3PL industry Proven knowledge in cross-border trucking operation and Tradelink declaration procedures. Knowledge of Mainland customs documentation is a strong asset Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently with large datasets Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc.) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) What we offer We committed to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
