Quality Assurance Specialist – Lighting

Light Tec Limited is part of the Briloner Group, a leading German consumer lighting company. We are looking for a suitable candidate to strengthen our QA team. Job duties: - Contact and follow up with factories about inspection arrangements & results - Manage factory audit planning - Discuss technical issues and process improvements with internal teams & suppliers - Ensure all pre-defined requirements are followed during the production process - Review samples in terms of workmanship, construction, and compliance with EU norms / standards / directives - Attend meetings with factories - Liaise with German headquarters about quality related matters - Factory on site visits to review quality control management Requirements: - Working experience in QA / QC of 3 years or more - Experience in dealing with Chinese factories and overseas offices - Familiar with inspection standards & implementation - Good knowledge of EU directives / regulations that are relevant to consumer lighting is a benefit - Experience with the development and construction of LED lighting products is advantageous - Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude - Fluency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese We offer a competitive salary, performance bonus, 5-day work, medical insurance, and double pay.
